Hauling granite and marble isn’t easy, and it certainly isn’t safe if you don’t have the right equipment. A well-made transporting frame is necessary for both the safety of the driver and other workers, as well as for the protection of the granite and marble.The sturdy Aardwolf Folding ‘A’ Frame, with its unique integrated vertical locking bars and ratchet locking straps, is designed to hold all material safely and securely, which eliminates risks to the operator and prevents damage to materials. The load is secured independently on each side by two vertical locking bars, which are inserted into brackets at the base of the frame and held by ratchet locking straps at the top.The unloaded frame can be folded up by the simple withdrawing of two spring-loaded pins from the cross braces and the lowering of the three wheels at one end by means of a cam lever. The lowered wheels also allow the frame to be positioned on the tray of a truck or manually moved around the factory.Features

The Miter Clamps – Vacuum Assisted consists of vacuum unit, which consists of battery operated vacuum pump together with vacuum reserve tank, pressure switch and vacuum gauge and four vacuum pads, (two corner pads and two single pads) together with legs containing threaded adjustments rods and rest arms for supporting aprons.

The Transport Frame TF2000 from Aardwolf is for transporting vanity tops & other work pieces. With a durable structure, together with locking bars and straps, this frame can hold the vanity tops and other work pieces securely. The Transport Frame TF2000 is quick to assemble and disassemble, with assembly time by one man taking approximately 5 minutes. Loaded frame can be moved around a factory or work site manually by one man. The fully loaded frame can be loaded on and offloaded from trucks by forklift.

- Slabs are placed on special rubber profiles and secured with 6 locking bars together with ratchet straps to retain materials.
- The frame features 2 hooking points to be picked up by an overhead crane

The Battery Joint Setter is designed to close gaps between two pieces of slabs and pull them together. This device works well on stone and glass with non-porous surfaces. It can be quickly closed or opened by simply moving the roller nut with the palm of your hand. The two vacuum bases are aligned with precision steel guide axles. These axles are anchored on each side with a main axle and two sub axles. When the roller rotates, one vacuum base will move along two sub axles and pull two pieces of slabs together. One balance bar with two leveling knobs allows surfaces to be leveled precisely. With the battery-operated vacuum pump, an equal vacuum is maintained in both pads during the working process.Features
