With the birth of MOTO-FLASHLINE 2 the motorized version of the Flash-Line (manual cutting system) evolves and improve itself.

In this new proposal there are updates and technical improvements on the anchoring system between the engine and the trolley-guide and on the suction system (now an integral part of the machine) which, thanks to automatic adjustments guarantees absence of dust and optimal cooling.

The machine combines the advantages of the manual Flash line ( lightness, precision and, above all, the patented anti-slip locking system) with the addition of a motorized head combined with a professional diamond blade for ceramic included.

MOTO-FLASH 2 represents the “NO LIMITS” solution for dry cutting on ceramic, porcelain, marble and granite with lengths up to over three meters (340 cm) and thicknesses up to 20 mm.

A Multipurpose frame for handling last generation slabs that now are becoming bigger and heavier.
Projected with galvanized telescopic iron tubes ( unique in the market) SUPERLIFT is able to maintain rigidity also under pressure of elastic and thinner slabs avoiding dangerous bending movement that can break the slab or damage the tiler.( The slabs right before the installation can be lifted, twisted, switched in vertical, moved even in narrow places.
Superlift it’s easy to disassemble to make it lighter and compact during transport, it is completely modular in order to create several configurations depending of the slabs type and shape. Moreover in addition to the standard configurations with 4 suckers, they are available on catalogue extra suckers that can be added everywhere on the frame, for working on heavier tiles or fragile

Flash Line 3, also known as FL3, is the latest porcelain slab cutter developed by Montolit as an upgrade of our best large format porcelain tile cutter.

This new slab cutter features a valuable innovation, a rotating cutting head with 3 different incision wheels assembled on it. The idea of the 3 rotating wheels was originally suggested by a popular certified Italian tile installer, and has been tested by tiling schools and ceramic manufacturers.
