RockanyThane WPU liquid applied polyurethane elastomeric membrane for waterproofing and high grade protection system of a wide range of surfaces. The product cures to a tough rubber like finish with exceptional elasticity, which allows for expansion and contraction over a wide range of temperatures.
Uses
Ideal waterproofing system for concrete roofs, polyurethane foam slabs, polyester built up roofs, maintenance of existing roofs, masonry and concrete walls, bathrooms, basements, bridges, decks, metal surfaces, etc.

How to use: Apply on dry and clean materials. Hardening through paste catalyst (2-3%) The hardened adhesive is workable after 2-5 hours. Request the Technical Data Sheet.
Technical data: Viscosity: Fluid 30000-60000 cPs. Viscosity: Vertical/Solid 250000-300000 cPs. Viscosity: Semisolid 150000-250000 cPs.
Mixing time: 1 minute. Application time: 1 to 4 minutes. Hardening time at 20°C/68°F: 4 to 6 minutes. Use temperature after hardening: min. 0°C/32°F – max. 110°C/230°F.
Stability: 6 months into the original sealed containers at temperature of 15°C-25°C (59°F-77°F).
